These terms govern the purchase, delivery, and installation of automotive lifting equipment from LiftAxis.shop.
1. Product Usage & Installation Responsibility
The purchaser acknowledges that automotive lifts are heavy industrial machines requiring professional assembly and rigid adherence to concrete foundation specifications. LiftAxis provides equipment and detailed manufacturer documentation; installation, structural concrete verification, and electrical connection are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD). We accept major commercial credit cards and certified payment methods. Orders are processed upon full payment verification.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LiftAxis, its directors, or suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper equipment installation, exceeding rated capacity, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
