1. Tiered Coverage Terms

| Hydraulic Power Unit & Cylinders | 2 Years | Hydraulic cylinders, piston rods, internal seals, valves, and electric motor pumps against mechanical failure and internal fluid leakage under rated capacity. |
| Electrical & Operational Hardware | 1 Year | Push-button switches, limit switches, solenoids, wiring harnesses, equalization cables, sheaves, safety locks, and pulleys. |
| Wear Items & Consumables | 90 Days | Polyurethane contact pads, rubber arm cushions, and plastic slide blocks against premature degradation. |
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation on concrete failing to meet specified minimum thickness (4"–6") or compressive strength (3,000+ PSI).
- Exceeding rated maximum lifting capacity or uneven, unbalanced vehicle loading.
- Failure to maintain hydraulic fluid levels or using contaminated/unapproved hydraulic oil grades (AW-32 or ISO 32 recommended).
- Outdoor installation without weatherproof protective enclosures or exposure to saltwater/saline atmospheres.
- Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, paint chipping, or solvent discoloration.
3. Submitting a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, email support@LiftAxis.shop with: (1) Order number, (2) Lift serial number located on column identification plate, (3) Detailed description of the operational issue, and (4) Clear photos/video of the affected component. Warranty replacement components ship via standard ground freight with expedited dispatch.
